I visited the pool area it was fine. The views and beach access are wonderful. I enjoyed the gym facilities it has ample equipment. The breakfast buffet provided many choices and fresh options.
The hotel showed minor signs of wear. Some areas could benefit from a refresh.

The pool area is beautiful. The beach is very nice too. I really liked staying in a hotel. Here I could vegetate around all day. The gym have great equipment.
It was more of a 'prince' size bed. The bathroom dont look like a 5 star hotel bathroom. There were no good pressure for the shower.

The concierge was helpful. Emanuel, the bell boy and Gabriel, the concierge guided me on tours and places to eat. The front desk was very responsive. They were very accommodating. The clubhouse facilities are awesome and the staff is inclusive.
The tour operator booked this hotel. Its location is not near Copacabana beach. It is over an hour's walk. The hotel is not near any restaurants. Rooms are very dated. I expected certain things like robes.
